the staff were pleasant and the location met my expectations.

The bed was too hard. It was two singles pushed together that kept sliding around which was quite inconvenient.

friendly reception easy check

the reception staff were friendly. check in and check out were easy. a great italian restaurant is in the building. historic attractions and shopping areas are within walking distance.

the central location was obvious, though the noise from the trattoria guests directly below the hotel made it impossible to sleep with the window open.
